The Program

What we are building.

TammiVille is preparing its first placements for 2027. This page separates the family-home promise from the details still being completed with each family and Georgia counsel.

I

The Program

i

Accommodation

A room within the family home. The exact room and privacy arrangement are agreed with each family before placement.

ii

Meals

Meals prepared in the household, with allergies, dietary needs and the weekly plan recorded before arrival.

iii

Supervision

A named adult in the household, with responsibility, contact and escalation arrangements set out in writing.

iv

The School

School eligibility and enrollment are confirmed with the relevant public district or private school before placement. TammiVille does not guarantee admission or obtain visas.

v

Custodial & Medical Authority

The required custodial, consent and medical-authority documents are being finalized with Georgia counsel. No family should send student documents yet.

vi

Health & Medical Care

Insurance, consent, providers, medications, emergency contacts and notification rules are agreed in writing before arrival.

vii

Academic Tutoring

Study routines and any tutoring needs are discussed with each family; tutoring is not currently promised as an included service.

viii

Transport

School transport and any additional travel are planned with each family and recorded in the written agreement.

ix

Administration

TammiVille coordinates the agreed household tasks. Schools, families and government agencies retain their own enrollment, legal and immigration responsibilities.

x

Guardian Presence

Any temporary guardianship or school representation must be legally valid, expressly authorized and defined in the family’s written documents.

II

How It Works

i

You join the waitlist

A parent or legal guardian shares contact details and the questions they want covered. No student documents or fee are requested.

ii

A private call with Ms. SiDone

A 30-minute consultation, just the two families. You meet the person your child would live with, and ask anything.

iii

Eligibility and fit are checked

School pathway, household fit and required legal, health and operational arrangements are confirmed before an offer is made.

iv

Terms are agreed in writing

Nothing begins until both families have the complete agreement, required authorizations and confirmed start plan.

III

Who It's For

For families who want their child educated in the US, and cared for with intention. Beginning with Nigerian and African families, and open to families from across the world.

Lagos & the diaspora
Nigerian and African families at home, and diaspora families already in the United States, making one careful decision together.
Enrolled in Georgia
Children attending — or preparing to attend — schools in Georgia, USA.
A single standard
Parents for whom trust is the only currency, and who recognize the difference between a home and an arrangement.
IV

The Record

The paperwork is part of the care. Here is where things stand, plainly.

Zoning — confirmed in writing

Gwinnett County Planning & Development determined in writing (July 2026) that a household of this size requires no special-use permit — the home falls within the county's definition of a family residence.

County business licensing — in progress

The county occupation-tax determination is with Gwinnett License & Revenue now. Nothing operates until the paperwork is complete.

Program structure — with Georgia counsel

The custodial and placement documents are being finalized with a Georgia attorney ahead of our first intake.

Nothing signed sight-unseen

Every family receives the full written package — program, paperwork, and terms — before any decision is made.

Begin with a conversation.
