What we collect
The interest waitlist asks for a parent or legal guardian’s name and email address. A general question and how you heard about TammiVille are optional. Please do not send a child’s name, documents, health information, school records, immigration details, address, or payment information through this form.
How we use it
We use the information to respond to your inquiry, understand general parent questions, and share requested updates. We do not use the form to confirm a placement, admission, or eligibility decision.
How we measure the website
We record a small number of anonymous actions so we can tell whether the site is working — for example, that a page was opened, that someone scrolled as far as the waitlist, which form field was the last one touched before leaving, and whether the form was completed. This is how we learn which part of the page is confusing.
This measurement is cookieless and belongs to us alone. We do not use Google Analytics or any other advertising or third-party tracking service. We do not store your IP address, build a device fingerprint, or set any identifier that could follow you to another website. The only identifier is a random string created for the browser tab you are using, which is discarded the moment you close that tab and cannot be connected to you or to anything you typed.
If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal, we do not record website-measurement activity.
Who processes it
Netlify hosts this website. It does not receive or retain information submitted through the parent inquiry form. Supabase receives and stores each form submission in TammiVille’s database. Anonymous website visitors cannot read submitted inquiries; authorized TammiVille users may access them to handle inquiries. Website-hosting, database, and email providers may process information only to provide those services to TammiVille. We do not sell or rent inquiry information.
How long we keep it
We retain parent-inquiry information for up to 12 months after your last contact. We delete it sooner if you request deletion, unless the law requires a different period.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete the information you submitted. Email hello@tammiville.org from the address used on the waitlist so we can identify the correct record.
Parents and children
This website and parent inquiry form are directed to parents and legal guardians. Children should not submit personal information through the site. If you believe a child submitted information directly, contact us so we can review and delete it.
Changes to this notice
If our information practices materially change, we will update this page and its effective date before applying the change to new submissions.
