What we collect
The August information-session waitlist asks for a parent or legal guardian’s name and email address. A child’s age, the question you want covered and how you heard about TammiVille are optional. We do not ask for a child’s name, citizenship, passport, visa, medical record or school document on this waitlist.
How we use it
We use the information to send session details, respond to you, understand parent questions and maintain the interest you have expressed in TammiVille. We do not use the waitlist to make a placement decision.
Who processes it
Website hosting, form delivery and email providers may process the information only to provide those services to TammiVille. We do not sell or rent waitlist information.
How long we keep it
We may retain waitlist information for up to 12 months after your last contact, unless you ask to remain interested, request deletion or the law requires a different period.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete the information you submitted. Email hello@tammiville.org from the address used on the waitlist so we can identify the correct record.
Parents and children
This website and waitlist are directed to parents and legal guardians. A child under 13 should not submit personal information through the site. If you believe a child submitted information directly, contact us so we can review and delete it.
Changes to this notice
If our information practices materially change, we will update this page and its effective date before applying the change to new submissions.
