What TammiVille Is

A household where a child is known not a placement. A home.

Your child has a room that stays theirs, a seat at the table, and someone who notices when they go quiet at dinner — called by name, walked to the door each morning, waited for at the end of the day. Cared for the way you would, by someone who treats them as one of her own.

The Founder

TAMMIVILLE
ATLANTA · GEORGIA — VOL. I
Dalenè SiDone, founder of TammiVille Educational Homestay

I take a child as they are, and bring them up to where they should be.

For thirty years I ran security at Chevron's Escravos terminal, with a team of seventy-eight under me. What I'm proudest of isn't the rank — it's the young ones I guided into their careers. That is the work I am building TammiVille to do: give a child far from home a steady hand, a full table, and someone who expects the best of them and walks them toward it.

The proof is in the house

This isn't where a child waits out the years. It's where a child is raised through them.

Every child, met at the door.

The Program

TammiVille is developing a family-style live-in program around four essentials: a stable home, meals, transportation and responsible adult supervision. The exact room, school, healthcare, custodial authority, schedule and terms will be agreed with each family in writing before any student travels.
